  • Your applicant type, funding purpose, approximate funding amount and whether your business or organisation is registered.
  • Your preferred contact method and, if you choose WhatsApp, your WhatsApp number.
  • The description of your funding need and anything else you choose to write.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive the details you send in those messages and your contact details on that service.

Please do not send passwords, bank or card numbers, or identity documents through the website form. If we need sensitive documents to prepare an application, we will tell you how to share them securely.

Like most websites, our hosting and form providers may automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, for security and to deliver the service.

3. How we use your information

  • To review and respond to your enquiry.
  • To assess which grant opportunities and support may suit you.
  • To provide services you request, including preparing and, where you have authorised us, submitting applications and following up with funders.
  • To keep the website and our communications secure and to prevent spam or abuse.
  • To meet legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Legal bases (where GDPR or UK GDPR applies)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on these bases: your consent when you submit the form; taking steps at your request before and while providing services (contract); our legitimate interests in running and securing our business and responding to enquiries; and legal obligations where they apply.   • Service providers that help us run this website and receive your enquiry, including Cloudflare (website hosting), Web3Forms (form processing and email delivery), our email provider, and WhatsApp (messaging, if you contact us or ask us to contact you there).
  • Funders and application portals, but only when you have asked or authorised us to apply on your behalf, and only the information needed for that application.
  • Professional advisers, regulators or authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.

Pages on this website load some images from a third-party image provider (Unsplash). When your browser requests those images, that provider may receive your IP address and device information.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections offered by our providers.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to respond to your enquiry, provide agreed services, meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
