Apex Grant Advisory helps individuals, businesses and organisations discover suitable grant opportunities, assess eligibility, and navigate the application process. Where you have authorised us, we can complete and submit applications on your behalf and provide follow-up support.
2. No guarantee of funding
We are not a grant-making organisation. Funding providers alone decide who receives a grant, how much, and how it is paid. We do not guarantee that you will be eligible for, apply successfully for, or receive any grant. Submitting an enquiry does not mean you have been approved for funding or that funding is available.
3. Enquiries and services
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation only. It does not create a service agreement. The scope of any work, any fees, and what we will do for you will be agreed with you separately and clearly before work begins. Information on this website is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate, complete and current information.
- Only submit information you have the right to share.
- Do not send passwords, bank or card numbers, or identity documents through the website form.
- Authorise us before we submit any application on your behalf, and review what is submitted in your name.
5. Protect yourself from scams
Never pay anyone who promises guaranteed grant approval. Be cautious of anyone who asks for payment in unusual ways, such as gift cards or cryptocurrency, in exchange for a grant. Official funders do not charge you to receive a grant they have awarded.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including submitting false or misleading enquiries, sending spam or malicious content, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Apex Grant Advisory name, logo, text and design are ours or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

This website may link to funders and other third-party sites, and relies on third-party services such as hosting and form processing. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
